We are available to work with students of all ages, levels, and
abilities that need personalized attention to their learning goals.
Guitar
and Bass Guitar lessons are available at the Music Lesson Shop location at
2248 Freeport Road, New Kensington, Pa.
We
can refer you to qualified local teachers with experience and dedication
for: Drums, Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Brass instruments, Violin,
Viola, and Piano.

Personal
statement:
I firmly believe
that the student needs a strong foundation with training in
fundamentals.
This is developed through reading
music, doing technique exercises, rhythm/chord exercises, ear training, and
music theory study.
These fundamentals can be applied
in the musical style of the students choice.

Services
available at the Music Lesson Shop
·
Individual lessons for Guitar and Bass
Guitar. Local referrals for Drums,
Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Brass instruments, Violin, Viola, and
Piano.
- Group classes are
available for 3 or 4 students.
- Guitar maintenance
services. (string changes, neck
adjustments, intonation adjustments, cleaning)
- We also have a
variety of guitar supplies that are available for purchase, including
lesson books, strings, picks, etc.
Rates
|
Individual half-hour
lessons:
- Guitar/Bass: $14
(per 1/2 hour lesson)
|
One-hour Group lessons:
$70 for 9 weeks. 3 or 4 students only.
|
Call or E-mail for referrals
to local area teachers. Individual
teachers set rates and policies.

3:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Lessons by appointment only.
Cancellation Policy
Lessons
must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment.
The Music Lesson Shop offers
special rates for schools and organizations.
